Jan 22-27, Sun-Fri {A} Ski Trip to Bearskin Lodge on the Gunflint Trail. Enjoy 5 days in two 2-story lodge townhouses and one self-contained cabin. Ski on 70K of groomed trails geared from beginner to advanced skiers; many trails are groomed for diagonal and skate. Drive to the Banadad or Gunflint Lodge trails for variety.
Cost of $365/person. This includes a ski pass and two dinners. Format for other dinners can be potluck or by condo/room. TBD
All three lodgings have full kitchens and gas-burning fireplaces. Lodge rooms are located close to the sauna, wax room and hot tub. Cabin is a short walk away. You can request one of the accommodations but assignment will depend on bedroom setups. If you want to be in accommodation or bedroom with another person, please indicate that person on the registration form.
Lodging Info:
1) OTTER (#4) - This two-story, three-bedroom townhouse features three upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has its own deck. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds; the other bedroom has a double bed.
2) MOOSE (#2) - This unit features a half-bath on the lower level, adjacent to the main room. Upstairs has a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, each with its own deck. One bedroom has a double bed, another has a queen-sized bed, and the third has two twin beds.
3) CABIN (LodgePole #3) - Spacious, comfortable three-bedroom cabin constructed of large, custom-fit Montana lodgepole pine logs; grand vaulted cathedral ceiling. Beautifully hand-crafted log staircase leads to a two-bedroom loft with skylights. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the other has two twin beds. Third bedroom, located on the main floor, has a king-sized bed. Large windows and screened porch offer spectacular views of the lake, just 60 feet away.
