Hike Powers Lake and Markgrafs Lake

May 10, Wed {WW} Hike Powers Lake and Markgrafs Lake. Meet at 10:30 a.m. in the parking lot at Powers Lake Park, 10,000 Brookview Road, Woodbury, MN 55129. For directions, take Highway 94 east, go south on Woodbury Drive, turn left at Fox Run Road, take the next right on Brookview, go 1 block to the parking lot on the right. We will begin hiking at 10:45 a.m. rain or shine. Powers Lake is a beautiful, easy, approximately 40-minute, 1.66-mile hike on asphalt trails. Bring a bag lunch for a picnic afterwards at the covered shelter after the hike. Indoor restrooms are available. For those who wish to do more hiking after lunch, we will hike around Markgrafs Lake, another nice walk of about 2.5 miles that takes approximately 45 minutes.
