Our guest speaker will be Natalie Warren, author of "Hudson Bay Bound: Two Women, One Dog, Two Thousand Miles to the Arctic". The book chronicles their remarkable canoe trip following the 1935 route taken by Eric Sevareid, made famous in his classic Canoeing with the Cree. Along the way they meet people who live and work on the waterways, and encounter natural and man-made phenomena including waterfalls, wolf packs and a mountain of trash.
